ConnectThursday evenings are for connection. As needed and led by the needs of those in attendance of the live sessions, we can always add in more/less time to engage in conversation. Connection goes beyond works too, though. We will practice together, watching our global community move and breathe on their mats around the globe. As a reminder that we are seen, nourished, whole.

RestoreMonday evenings allow for a deep restorative practice, Thursday evening's Nidra practice is another one that'll have you dozing off to sleep with ease and delight. Our shared practices are designed to refresh and inspire. I'll include extra supportive practices for our beautiful immune systems, as well as tools for emotional release + support. Bring out all the blankets!
